Returns /Exchanges

• We accept returns only if your piece is damaged upon delivery. You must let us know within 48 hrs of delivery.

• Exchanges may be made within 14 days of your purchase.

• No returns are accepted on custom made pieces, as these are made special for the customer and cannot be re-sold in our collections.

Care instructions for our silk and boiled wool products:

• Hand wash in room temp water with a gentle detergent, lay flat to dry

• Dry clean

• Machine wash in a mesh laundry bag on delicate in cold, lay flat to dry*

Delivery Times

• Please allow 7-10 business days for us to make and ship your online order. every piece is hand dyed and handmade in our studio in Denver, CO

Dye Process

• Colorways are achieved using a process of adding and removing dye. Being that each item’s fabric is individually dyed before the garment itself is cut out, no two items will ever be exactly the same.
